INGREDIENTS

2 cups of wild garlic

1 cup walnuts

½ cup of Extra virgin olive oil

½ cup grated parmesan

2 tbsp lemon juice

Sea salt and black pepper


METHOD

Place everything into a blender and blitz to a consistency you prefer.

Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more cheese or salt or lemon if required.
